Alex Skolnick has produced critically acclaimed albums with Alex Skolnick Trio (jazz guitar), Planetary Coalition (acoustic world music) and is perhaps best known as the lead guitarist of the thrash metal band Testament. He holds a BfA from The New School. He has written a memoir and is a co-founder of UNBUILT, an arts & culture print mag.
